Freshman and Sophomore Program

The program works with players that are currently in the 9th and 10th grade. Players that are interested in participating will need to attend an evaluation. The evaluation is free to attend, please register online below. The Session II evaluation is on January 14.

Players that are selected from the evaluation will work out 2 times per week with Idaho Select coaches (click here to see the staff). The focus of the workouts will be on making significant individual advancements in the player's skill level with the goal of helping the player make their AAU or club team in the spring and help them move up at their high school during the 2012-2013 season. There will also be scrimmages on selected dates. We have selected dates and times that will allow players to workout and still support their high school teams by attending their high school's games.

The price for the program is $200, which covers the gym time and coaching.

The 9th/10th grade program is for players that are serious about developing their game and moving on to the next level. This program is NOT for players that are casually playing basketball and just looking for something to do this winter. The players in this program will be committed to attending all the workout sessions (schedule below), being coachable and putting in time on their own in order to improve.
