The Crossover Skills Academy

Registration is now closed. Check back in April 2011 for the next Crossover registration.

It's back. The Crossover Skills Academy returns to the Treasure Valley to bring tomorrow's talent to today's players. The Crossover is designed to help players cross the barriers that separate the recreational and competitive player.

Crossover does it differently. Set up as a weekly workout, we are able to constantly monitor progress from week to week and make the necessary adjustments as the player develops. Utilizing a highly talented staff of former and current college players, implementing video breakdown, and adding a weekly workout schedule, Crossover helps players improve each aspect of their game.

Our 2009 Crossover coaches:
Clint Hordemann - Director of Development (Idaho Select, Boise State)
Kevin Baker - Oregon Tech (NAIA National Champions)
Matt Baushcer - Boise State University, Professional (Holland)
Alex Carlson - Oregon Tech (NAIA National Champions)
Justin McCarthy - College of Idaho, Professional (New Zealand)
Mark Sanchez - Boise State University, Professional (Mexico)

This is a high intensity hands on program that is designed for kids that enjoy basketball and want to make significant improvements to their game. Participants will have played the game previously, understand the basic concepts, and now want to learn more about what is expected at the next level.

If you are trying to play at the next level, whether it is making your AAU, junior or high school team, getting a spot on a traveling team, or you just need to take your game up another notch, it is the hands on work that you receive from Crossover that will help you accomplish this goal. Each participant will leave this program with an understanding of what it takes to play at the next level and how to get there.

The Crossover is for players that are graduating in 2013-2017. Participants can choose to workout on Tuesday or Thursday nights, 6:00-8:30 PM. Workouts are during the evening at the Boys & Girls Club in Garden City starting on June 1 and June 3.
PLEASE NOTE: The Crossover is now sold out.
